What is Thaiboxing?
Thaiboxing, also known as Muay Thai, is a traditional martial art from Thailand that is characterized by its versatility and effectiveness. It combines punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes as well as clinching techniques and is therefore an extremely effective full-body workout. The sport not only promotes physical fitness, but also mental strength, discipline and self-control. Thai boxing is known for its direct and powerful way of asserting itself in a fight and is appreciated worldwide in professional sports as well as in the fitness sector and for self-defense. Who is the training suitable for
The training is particularly aimed at beginners and newcomers who have no experience of Thai boxing.You don't have to worry - the training is neither dangerous nor violent.Instead, we focus on safe and effective exercises on punching bags, claws or in controlled sparring with me.I take the time to teach you the techniques at your own pace and always make sure that you feel comfortable

Koi Gym in Frankfurt-Riederwald: Train in a professional environment - but only from 4pm, as the gym is closed in the mornings.
