Individual training plan, adapted to your goal, your everyday life, your equipment and your training history

Individual nutrition plan, incl. macro distribution, meal ideas, everyday tips & food selection

Ongoing support via email or Messenger - for questions, motivation, feedback & adjustments

Regular updates of your plans (e.g. every 4 weeks or as required)

Optional: recommendations for regeneration, supplements and sleep optimization

📦 How does it work?

After purchase, you will receive a placeholder file with all the information about the process.

I will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a detailed questionnaire. On this basis, I will create your first plans. The support begins immediately after the documents are submitted and continues for the booked period.
